New NAST Web Site Debuts

Just in time for Mid-America, the National Association of Show Trucks has relaunched its Web page, outfitting the site with social media capabilities and greater interactivity for viewers.

In years past, NAST has held its final competition at MATS, with finalists in the previous year's contests gunning for major prizes and the organization's truck of the year award. Longtime sponsor TruckLite did not sponsor the award this year, so NAST is an exhibitor this year. However, the group has new shows planned for 2010 as well as old standbys such as the 7th Annual Great Lakes Truck Show in Dundee, Mich., the Meca South Florida Truck Show in Medley, Fla., and the 15th annual Richard Crane Memorial Truck Show in St. Ignace, Mich.

Cabela's will sponsor a show for the second year at the outdoor outfitter's Fort Worth, TX, location in October.
